Some recent sketchbook activity

I’ve been experimenting with watercolors and finding that I like them. I use a childs rose art set for the light work and a crayola set for the darker colors. A little white acrylic for the highlights. Ink and a brush. Sharpie marker pen. That’s it.

This is perhaps the coolest Batman I’ve ever drawn.




Stovetop poster redux

I hated the previous drawing. My lettering sucks when it comes to large fancy letters. But my friend, the illustrious Todd Brandt a.k.a. Todd Pope, did a little playing around with it digitally and totally redeemed the artwork!
